FAN Trunk-or-Treat Volunteer Sign Up

FAN is organizing our annual Halloween “Trunk or Treat” again this year! Each year it is well attended and a huge hit with our FAN families and the community. This year's Halloween event will again start with downtown trick or treating followed by a celebration in the Town hall parking lot. The main feature will again be our festive trunks!

We need YOU, our wonderful FAN members, to volunteer to make the Trunk or Treat party happen!

The event is planned for Saturday, October 26th from 10:30am-12:30pm at the Town Hall-Jenks Center parking lot. In case of rain, we will move the event inside to town hall using tables in place of car trunks. Volunteers would need to commit to the following:

1. Arrive by 9:45am for setup and stay until 12:30pm

2. Prepare 300 goodies of your choice, anything from sweet treats (nut-free), stickers, toys, etc to pass out to trunk or treaters. FAN will have backup goodies if you run out.

3. Decorate your trunk in a Halloween theme!

Please note that this is NOT a signup to attend the trunk-or-treat or other Halloween festivities... just a signup for volunteers to decorate their trunk and give out treats at the event!!
